    All diets work, All diets have their success stories. All diets involve the same disciplines that make them successful, with a few outstanding differences. All diets have their reams and reams of anecdotal evidence to back them up. Whether one is easier than another depends on the person's strengths and weaknesses and whether or not they were really ready for a change. Do your research and find the diet that's best for you. When you are really ready, you will do it.
