I just did it and its awesome. But why did she say ‘if you are still pregnant’ at the end of video. As if we are not supposed to be pregnant after doing this loll
@awa80 Funny, I was wondering when someone would comment on that…I did this video when I was about 1/2 way through my 2nd pregnancy for some subscribers who already had their babies…so basically I wanted this video to be used both during pregnancy and after baby is born.
@doctorcathy Thanks for sharing. This video is awesome. Are there more videos I can do alternatively with this one? Or is this good throughout?

Hi Dr. Cathy, thanks for the videos! I was just wondering, which group of muscles are more essential for giving birth, leg or abdominal?
@neshacornelius21 Thanks again, Nesha!

@Rinabobina12345 Leg strength is key if you plan to squat, and also to keep you strong throughout labor. Abdominal strength is key for the pushing phase. Learning about labor is essential because when you understand what a contraction is doing, you are better able to accept it and allow it to do what’s necessary.
@ness0828 These are designed for women who can’t get to a gym or choose not to go outside. Choose from the videos on my channel and mix it up everyday. Shoot for 30-50 minutes a day, 4-7 days a week. Stay healthy and strong and you will be fine for labor. Join us on facebook at “Educated Pregnancy” for tons more info.

It would be such an inspiration to women everywhere to watch her handle a pregnancy emotionally, physically, and healthy. She could create a mint in pregnant workout videos and inspire masses losing all her weight. I suppose it is nice that she is honest, but I wish as women we could not have so many of these fears. I have them too, we all have weight issues, appearance issues, struggles. I would love young women to know that they can become happy, healthy mothers who look fantastic. We can have it all! But we have to work for it…..like everything in life! Jillian KNOWS that!

I love you so much for being honest.
I was in the gym at lunch and there was a 7-month pregnant woman in the class. Talk about motivation! I lifted weights longer and harder than I ever did in my life because, really, who wants to get shown up the pregnant workout lady?
I can tell you not to feel bad for going to the gym. I DON'T have kids but I still value my me-time. Hopefully you don't have to sacrifice an hour or 2 for yourself or I will be kidless forever!
She should go to the doctor just to be safe. But I doubt that she is, working out alot can delay and even stop her period, plus stressing out delays it. Just do something nice for her to try to make her be relaxed.
