    Hello,

I was interested in reading your blog post but it would have been much easier with paragraphs.

There certainly are many versions of similar veggie focussed diets.

Recently I've gone raw foods but I do include sashimi… the idea behind my version of a raw foods diet is to “Eat Like a Modern Chimp” ( ).

Although I am going raw foods for health and weight loss, the sad state of chicken's who lay eggs would almost be enough for me to stop eating them.

    Best,
    Jen

First of all, you know I mega heart you. Like, a lot.

I agree with Meag. You are VERY hard on yourself and your mood 100% depends on your weight loss and workouts. I think exercising adds more stress to your life. You should find a work out that makes you HAPPY, not make or breaks your day.
