Yes! Every pound lost counts. I’m turning 30 in two weeks and I want to develop discipline for healthy exercise & weight management as a lifestyle. I keep saying that I need to loose weight (I want to lose about 20 pounds). What I need to do is DO SOMETHING. I know you feel me. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
Believe me, losing weight is really easy if you do the exercise and eating right for your blood type! and not have to starve yourself or exaggerate physical training …. if you have questions write me!

Weight loss & healthy living is an up stream never ending battle. It’s so hard for me to get on track, but then once I do I’m successful. After that it’s simply a matter of maintaining/remaining faithful to the plan that was implimented.
