    once i did this in karate with my class and there was only me and some little kid left we did it for at least 5minutes and then the Sensei told us to stop because we were staying too long :P

    We had to go from zero to being able to do 5 minutes straight or 1½ minuted 30kg weighted, in just 4 months… We had about 2hrs exercise almost everyday, but that included running & other core/CrossFit exercises.
    I didn’t become the least bit beef (actually lost weight) but I sure as hell got stronger :)

    for 10 counts? are you freakin kiddin me..at the gym we do it for 2min straight…four times with 20seconds of rest in between! plus we do other ab exercices too at the same time this is for beginners big time
