This is an amazing story and I’m so glad you posted this to share with others who think it can’t be done! go get em!
I am glad that I was able to watch your incredible journey as it unfolded. You look amazing and I am very proud of you Nichole!
Thank you!! It’s hard to believe that I have my own transformation video after all the time I watched others when I first started out!
the first couple of weeks are the worst, but your energy/endurance level increases, and for a lot of people, the mindset shifts to an “angry that I got this out of shape’ which makes you push back even harder. You got there! Great job!
@packard400 Thank you! That was exactly how it was!! The first week was frustrating b/c I realized just how much my weight held me back, and then that second and third week I was angry enough that I said to myself “I will NOT be that fat girl any more!” Getting ready for round two January 1st, 2011…so new transformation video due around the beginning of April!
Way to go!!! Your progress is amazing!
Thank you!!
Thank you!
Wow!! Way to go Nichole!! Awesome results. Truly an inspiring transformation!! Thanks for sharing this!!
Thank you for watching! I hope to inspire people to lead healthier lives!
!! Did you know that physical exercise triggers the birth of new nerve cells in areas of the brain used for learning and memory? –
First, my “translation” was wrong I made a mistake on the numbers that is correct on the original post. Thanks for helping me to notice it!
Second, it depends on the person….the reality is people will only lose weight as fast as they gain.
I know I would most likely not lose 14 lbs in 15 days but I would also never gain 14 lbs in 15 days.
Not to mention that many people will have a “faster weight loss” during the beginning of their program and after that go to a more “1 to 2 lbs a week” average.
Sam should do a drag look. Never seen her done a drag tutorial before. Ur guys video are fantastic!!!
Being vegan does not mean you can automatically be "healthy". There are foods out there, just like in every other kind of diet where there are processed and highly fatty foods. Being vegan is no exception.
Being vegan is only expensive if you allow it to be. Processed vegan food is readily available and is quite expensive if you are "always" looking to find a meat alternative. Instead, whole foods such as vegetables, nuts, legumes, fruit and whole grains in cereals, breads and pasta can be much cheaper than going out and buying vegan candies, sweets, meat replacement and other bits and pieces.
There is plenty of protein in everything you eat when you are vegan. Green leafy vegetables are terrific, so are nuts, legumes and protein is still found in cereals, grains, seeds and is even in fruit. Omega and amino protein groups are abundant in green vegetables and oceanic and sea vegetables are high in iodine, iron and very high in protein.
Veganism is a lifestyle. Not just a dietary choice. It is the opposition of animal exploitation in all forms. In the form of food, wool, leather, silk and fur. No rodeos, opposition of bull fighting and the circus. are against animal testing (vivisection) and will avoid as many products as possible that have been. It includes shampoo, conditioner, make up, hair dyes – Even right down to the types of laundry and dish detergents – Including soaps that you have in your house.
Last but not least – Veganism is for some a form of environmentalism. The constant butchering and manufacture of meat and animal products puts a strain on the resources. In order to manufacture meat, deforestation occurs worldwide in order to turn soil and grow crops for animal consumption. The more animals that are bred for meat – The more land is needed to grow vegetation to feed animals for our consumption. So it is not always about the animals, but also environment and for our own sake as well.
If you want to adopt this lifestyle I would definitely suggest researching more in the topic.
what about cooking eggs in an olive oil spray?
