    This event was the most amazing display of organized hip hop dancing in comparison to the olympics! The judges and coordinators took no joke with involving legends and leaders of the hip hop dance community. Members of the original Rock Steady Crew, creators of Popping and Locking, pinoneers of circles and dance floors from the past all came together to participate and support this important competition. In between all the preliminaries and practice were opportunities to discuss and ask questions on the elements of hip hop, dance and its evolution. In all my years of dancing, checking out bboy comps and all night raves, I would have never imagined that one day 27 different contries would have the opportunity to come together to celebrate their talents, creativity, skills and the artform known as dance. I am counting down the days and looking forward to next year

    Trans and saturated fats, refined and processed foods, refined sugar, lack of excercise, lack of dietary fiber — these are all contributing factors to the poor health of the younger generation of Okinawans.

    The evidence strongly suggests it is more than just refined sugar that is the problem. The preponderance of evidence also suggests that excessive consumption of fatty, red meats is simply NOT healthy.

    Regarding the example of the Masai: the average life expectancy for the Masai is somewhere around 45 years — not exactly a model of longevity.

    This things built in conjunction pretty similarly to the M2 with the reciprocating barrel to decipate recoil. Nice, only problem is I’ve seen them sold for about 8K.
