Since when did eating your personal required ammount of calories for the day, with healthy foods, and exercising (weights and cardio), become so complicated???

Thank you for the information and encouragement!! I plugged in my numbers and came up with:
Maintenance: 2383 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1906 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1430 Calories/day
So, I was eating far too few calories, especially since I'm still breastfeeding. I've been eating between 1500-1550 the past couple of days, but still feel like I need to increase it. It's just hard to get past the mentality of “I'm not going to lose weight if I eat more”, know what I mean? I'll get there, though.
