  4. ChasRG says:

Dave the nutriional information says “per serving” but how much is a serving? Ounces or cut into how big pieces!! You said at the beginning makes for 10 days so do you divide that in pieces of 10??

Looks good and I can’t wait to try it!

  5. themusclecook says:

@ChasRG : If you go on the website, I say how many servings you have per recipe (sorry I forgot to mention it in the video…lol).

For this recipe, if you fallow the list of ingredients, it will make you 6 servings… But in the video I doubled the recipe, and boosted my portions a bit (yumm!)…

  6. ChasRG says:

    OK thanks Dave!!

I like mine “loaf” shaped and with a small channel down the center filled with catsup!

(A NewYork regionalism I’m sure.) Yours kinda come out like turkey brownies. Plus you’re gonna need gravy with that.

Yum! Enjoying some bodybuilder food – egg white broccoli and low fat cheese quiche and a salad. Goal for this quarter put on 5lbs of muscle

  17. Laura Hodge says:

What is it about men that they want meat loaf to be the same every time? Walt was that way and when he discovered that I do what you do…a little bit of this and a little bit of that…he found a recipe and became the official meat loaf maker in the house because it always came out the same way. Jon does it, too. Will only make meat loaf with “his” recipe because he knows how it will be. When did they lose their sense of adventure? And, is it only meat loaf they do this with? Never had any complaints about my constantly changing spaghetti sauce or potato salad.
