For one I wouldnt use Pam or package”low fat” cheese and then as for the carton of egg whites no thanks and to top it off bottled salsa! I wold figure someone with nutrition help wold actually try to use fresh non processed ingrediants, then againits an old video maybe he was staring out
why do so many people have to be strict about this meal “cartoneed egg whites” bottled salsa” low fat cheese” look hes just saying something that works for him and based on how he looks i see results. if u dont like how he does it then find a diet that works for you
