      For one I wouldnt use Pam or package”low fat” cheese and then as for the carton of egg whites no thanks and to top it off bottled salsa! I wold figure someone with nutrition help wold actually try to use fresh non processed ingrediants, then againits an old video maybe he was staring out

      Sure it is, I get the lean beef and then strain all the excess fat off after cooking.
