Lee goes through the exercises in this second part. We are doing 6 exercises in a circuit routine fashion and rotating through the circuit 4 times, increasing the weight by approximately 10 pounds each time. Exercise 1: Cable Chest Flys Exercise 2: Cable Back Face Pulls Exercise 3: Single Arm Cable Shoulder Lateral Raises Exercise 4: Cable Bicep Curls Exercise 5: Cable Tricep Kickbacks Exercise 6: Full Hanging Leg Raises Aim for 12 reps on first circuit. Increase weight 10 pounds and aim for 10 reps on second circuit. Increase weight another 10 pounds and aim for 8 reps on third circuit. Increase weight another 10 pounds and aim for 6 reps on fourth circuit. Hi, i’m 5’8 about 145 I was just wondering if anyone know a video that can show me a routine that can help me gain strength, i notice alot of guys around my height and weight feel stronger than me and they don’t even workout, i can feel there power when we play a sport, i been working out for about 15 weeks almost every weekday except weekends all i got is dumbells, my arms are getting bigger but i don’t feel stronger, i’m on a regular diet as i always ate, and taking no supplements help please

lee hayward is a brilliant trainer, not only does he show you the excerise he also commentates on how this improves what ever area you are excercising, i came across him a while back and his training regime has worked for me

a high fat and protein diet is called a ketogenic diet, it is the most successful way to burn fat and you can even build muscle on it! used by pretty much all bodybuilders in the world as you lose more fat and maintain or even build muscle whilst on a huge cut (cut down to about 2% b/f by the way).
if you make your body run on fat (“in a ketogenic state”), then what is it going to use for ENERGY? FAT! what will that mean? you will have less FAT as it has been used as FUEL.

If you ever ate a steak and noticed the fat running through it (marbling), you know what intramuscular fat is. Lean muscle mass is muscle with no fat in it, no marbling, no intramuscular fat. Or it could refer to the amount of muscle in a muscle that contains fat.
Whey and Casein you can Google and read about. They are components of milk or byproducts in milk processing as in when making cheese. The only people who talk about that crap are morons who believe bodybuilding myths and use supplements because ignorant. how that works.
A supplement maker buys milk by product super cheap…probably from China or some third world country because most of the local sources for whey or casein are bought up by major manufacturers of good products such as General Mills, Carnation, General Foods, etc. Then they dehydrate it and package it in big containers which flashy labels and names like "Super Max Muscle Power Formula XXX" so think something really good for your muscles inside. Then they mark it up 10 times what they paid for it and sell it to the morons who think something special when they can buy the same thing at the local market for 1/10th the price…dehydrated milk. the supplement business in a nutshell. a scam. If you ever want to see a whole lot of people who know how the human body works, stand outside a GNC store and watch the people go in and out.
If eat food and stay away from supplements and, when you hear someone talking about how they build muscle with whey or casein, just ignore them. morons. I know the type very well. worked out with them for 40 years.
If reading about bodybuilding, be skeptical. The worst place to get information about bodybuilding is from bodybuilders as counter-intuitive as that may be. They get by on great genes, bad information, and steroids. If you want to know the best way to build your body, good luck. The people with the brains are making money working as physical therapists, PAs, medicine researchers, etc. no money in bodybuilding to expertise unless you get lucky and can find an Olympic trainer.
Scooby is one bodybuilder who tells it like it is most of the time. the best personal trainer been able to find on the web. spent a lot of his own time and money trying to provide good information in a palatable format which is easy for the novice to understand and succeeded. Watching all of his 165+ videos will give the viewer a good basic understanding of the principles of bodybuilding and nutrition including how to build muscle on the cheap, at home, and with minimal equipment.
