note- on mon and fri, i work my biceps and forearms in the morining and 4 hrs later i do the rest of the muscles.
is it ok to work my upper body twice? how many times would you recommend at week?

I have Vince Delmonte’s book and I must say, it was VERY helpful. I gained 30 pounds of lean muscle. His book has everything you need to know about building muscle. And it really is No Nonsense. No false information in Vince’s book. Go buy it!
@iTooGodly I do full body workout everyday for 2~3hours… my friends says it is very bad for me.. but working out is not about what people tells you.. its what you think feels good. Having some guides to do proper form is helpful but you cant force yourself to do heavy weights just because your friends tells you.
@iJonikz The bad thing about doing full body workouts everyday is that you’re not giving your body enough time to rest, and because of that you body can’t grow to its potential. But, if it’s working for you, I can’t argue

I like it, quick and very affective
u sir are proportionate.. great F n job .. i want a squat stand or some machines or something….
but all i have is a barbell and a pull up bar…and it still pretty much works wonders… my theory is if u dont have enough weight on the barbell…. just do 5 times as many…. eat eat eat a lot before and after work outs..cant get big with out food… personally ive kinda gotten used to only a ton of pull ups and shoulder pressing like 50 to 70 P
and the reason i dont mind staying smaller is cause its easier to maintaine even muscles all over… ive had my fair share of power lifting its fun as hell but sometimes i end up doing less legs or something.. and it just sucks when people get to un even…. huge chest and small legs.. it just looks fuckin lame lol.. i never regret any of my weight lifting fun… but im surprised i used to do only upper and no lower body for like a couple years hahaha lol at me
@NeonSyN neon. it depends on the amount of sleep someone gets everynight along with how good there eating routein is…. there was some times before school when i used to lift weights twice a day sometimes and recover just fine,… now that im waking up early for school i dont even jog or pull ups everyday anymore
@iJonikz thats too long mate and everyday u dnt rest ur muscles?? u should do certain muscles one day and do others another day then rest!!! hit in some cardio to so that u have a mixture if ya get me
@j7125 i change my routine since i keep getting lazy.. i do ches+tricep/bicep+back/shoulders+traps/Legs.. running a mile everyday.. thats like 4days a week now.
@iJonikz dude if u do full body workouts everyday ur muscle wont grow nd ull be weak as fuck because ur body must have 1 day of rest after uv worked out and if u dont give it rest u wont gain no muscle i learned the hard way i did what ur doing and i gained nothing but now im getting much stronger cuz im letting my body rest. its diffcult to let
