Hi all, this is my very first video post so I’m far from a pro at this. The purpose of my posts will be to demonstrate that anyone at any age can get ripped and huge. I’ve been on hiatus… I started a Fitness training business and I am so busy I have not had the time to do the free videos on YT. I plan to do some more soon as things settle down a bit.

This exercise must be do only with low back in good condition, it’s not for everyone.

what are you eating? I would like to change my diet, since im on high protien,. im not getting enough energy in the morning, i have my homefries and eggwhites.. lunch and dinner is great. high mixed nuts. anything new i should change and what about the work outs? im doing monday & thursday legs and shoulders tues back bies wed, chest tris,. fri back bies sat chest tris sunday off

that exercise at that angle looks scary with any weight.
i am 14 years old and i want to start develop muscle,but is it suitable for me cos i heard that if u start too early,u can’t grow taller anymore (sorry for my bad english)
