    Ok, maybe you have had 20 years experience in lifting weights, I don’t know ‘I won’t judge you’ (unlike some people) but why are you being so up yourself just because this guy is using lesser weight for a demonstration.

    This is a repost i remember on the original post it had instructions to do week 1 the 3 times a week every other day
    the week 2 routine 3 times a week every other day and so on

    If you look at their clothes they did most of these demonstrations in the same day, and in others vids vince says “Filming for four hours” several times. This alone is reason to use low weights for demonstration don’t you both think

    I think he means you do all four for one week. Usually you work out 4 days a week, so you have one day to rest in between workout days. But that is just my guess, that’s what I’m going to do anyway.
