Also, maybe he has already trained that day, or is going to, or maybe he is doing a completely different routine and doesn’t want to f**k everything up by using heavy ass weights during their demonstration.

By the way, you haven’t proved anything yet. Ok, maybe I’m wrong with my theory, but you have no decency to even consider the complications that come into play when lifting weights.

If you look at their clothes they did most of these demonstrations in the same day, and in others vids vince says “Filming for four hours” several times. This alone is reason to use low weights for demonstration don’t you both think

I think he means you do all four for one week. Usually you work out 4 days a week, so you have one day to rest in between workout days. But that is just my guess, that’s what I’m going to do anyway.
Doesn’t say, but my guess would be 4. You workout every other day so you have a day inbetween to let your muscles grow.
