yeah pretty sure you arent supposed to lock your arms when doing these exercises, just keep them slightly bent
I’m one skinny mother fucker and I can barely do 10 pull ups…there’s no effing way I’m doin 50…my arms would fall off
skinny guys is a broad category like i could do 50 pull ups and & push ups easy but dips are hard as fuck and there is big mother fuckers who will shit a brick trying that good guide though

ive always gone by the theory, if you can do reps of ten, your strong enough to increase in weights. well now that i can curl 45kg i was just wondering…is this unhealthy for a 14 year old?

sop the thing is ..dont do 50 pull ups in one go ..try to separate it in a 3 stages

@himu533290 i agree. when a skinny guy trains in big sets it creates a catabolic state and outright discourages him from continuing when his arms are in agony 2 days later. also, its not healthy. i think progression and form is king, and will also prevent early plateaus that hinder growth in the long run.

It is actually pretty easy to do, I weight 150, and my height is 1.87, I do not weight so much so I can pull me whole body easily.
I did the push-ups right after he demonstrated them in the video, and I must say-THEY “DO” WORK!!! Thanks Vince, and i look forward to following your program!!!

I think what you need is condition, have you tried running a half mile every day(just like in highschool)?

I don’t know if its strength what you need but most of the time you cant do 50 bars because you get agitated rapidly, that is why you need to run and get condition.
