great stuff it looks really good. thanks for posting.
Thanks buddy! The only downside to making these was that I ended up eating the whole thing within two days! Very addicting
I can point you to this forum for a lot of information. It has a recipes section with people's protein bar recipes and all kinds of things. I have not tried making protein bars myself as I always just do protein powder. I need to start expanding what I eat into other healthy things like this to make but I haven't had time for heavy research. I make a lot of… bland things in general that is quick with little prep since I am super busy. Once the summer kicks in and I have no school and just work I'll be cooking up a storm, I hope =)
I've also heard good things about Clif Bars as they make protein bars with all natural ingredients if you do look for pre-made ones.
I understand loving food! It's the best. The sucky thing is that food that's good for you doesn't taste good hahaha
Hey Josh! Thanks bro! I really like a good spinach salad as a side with my salmon… both match really well together
you could search for it on foodnetwork.com and/or oprah.com
