@faheeta what does being vegetarian or even vegan have to do with it? You can get more than enough protein from veg and if you are worried about the effect of carbs from whole fruit and veg on growth homone production it is only a problem if you are actually insulin resistant. Also, this is not too much cardio…

Hi there, nice vid… I have a question: I just started with the mini-trampoline and I enjoy doing it. I am in good shape and not too overweight – maybe 10-15 pounds. The thing I have noticed now is that when I am off the trampoline my knees are making popping sounds quite often. There is no pain, but I would like to eliminate this side effect if possible.
