@Ayyzap A lot of weight gain is because of an unbalance with in one’s self. If you can fix your mind than you can fix your body. Biggest Loser- Jillian often has to break contestants down to get to the core reason. and like JolynnConley8 said its also motivation.

honey, this was great. I’ve been working my ass off, dieting, and my weight has remained exactly the same. I burn over 2,000 calories a day, every day at the Gym, and consume less than that, so I’m thinking the subconscious needs fixing. Let’s see if this puppy does the trick.
