Meal Recipes of Physiological Foods and Excellent Food Combinations – Part 2

I hope that you are starting to see the difference between common “raw food” nutrition and our human Physiological Nutrition. Many differences that add up to one huge difference for our body when it comes to Absorption, digestion, creation of toxemia via indigestion and the byproducts caused do to fermentation and putrefaction of what ever portion of foods did not get digested. Elimination, health of our digestive system and rest of our body. I hope that you will stay in touch with your body and only consume foods that are highly appealing to your senses as only these are our physiological foods. Every species has their own specific nutrition that they evolved to consume and so do we. Let me tell you we never evolved with dehydrated, blended, spiced up, juiced up, messed up food combinations crippled foods/meals. So here it is the long waited for meal recipes of physiological foods all excellently combined to make sure that digestion is excellent and absorption as best as possible. Here are just a few dozen meal recipes and feel free to play around with them. If you don’t feel like the veggies than skip them, if one food is not available than just add more of the others. Work with the meal volume until you fine tune it so you are satiated for at least 3 hours after a meal so you eventually won’t need more than 3 meals a day. Please don’t ever ask me if its Ok to combine neighboring acid categories such as sub acid with either non acid fruit or acid fruit. I don’t care for

Your welcome. I only wish that people could in one moment of time experience what countless fruits taste like and feel like when they are in their peak quality. If only I could rewind and go back to my countless meals of this and that and have people taste fruits like Mamey when perfectly ripe and fully mature, Plantains when perfectly ripe and mature, various mangoes, dragon fruit, star fruit, golden delicious apples with deep yellow color and red blush on them, coconuts etc etc.

  2. ManofTruthHealth says:

There is a learning curve that will take years for people to learn even if they are aware of the topic of mature fruits. It takes time because we all start from being clueless how all this should ideally taste, look, smell, feel like. We have no datum or origin that someone can compare with. i had so many times people tell me after I shared some of my food, wow this tastes so much better than what I am used to. This is one of many things I share with people willing to listen.

  3. ManofTruthHealth says:

The volume is a hard one. We are for decades used to consuming very dense foods, dense because they have been refined down and are low in water and fiber. It will take time to change this conditioning of eating small dense meals.
We are also conditioned that fruit is to be consumed as a condiment or side dish, at the very most a small snack. Now you see how many traps and challenges there are for someone changing from the western diet. This is one of many, and if a person does not

  4. ManofTruthHealth says:

learn a fair bit of these topics / practices and do it fairly quickly than they can get themselves into some trouble health wise and be struggling spinning their tires trying to eat more healthy. That is why a qualified mentor (s) are vital and I mean vital and nothing else. Books and CD’s are great but they can’t hold a candle to a good mentor.

Consuming at least 50% of your food from Tropicasl foods is another key.
Spending winters in the tropics is another one.

  5. ManofTruthHealth says:

Nice, this is the way you consume a healthy nutrition. Durian is one of the most appealing fruits there is as it meets our two desires for taste so well, sweet and fatty what else can you ask for. Ok OK maybe a bit more water content but lets not be picky and idealistic. Sweet Oranges are nice, another real super food that you could even eat by itself to make a full meal and do it happily and have it satiate your for hours.

How about Mamey have you ever tried a great one.

Hey, that’s why you are here bro. I told you already man, you are one of the best mentors out here. I can’t speak for others but you changed my life man. Thank you. I struggled with this diet for a year until I found your channel.

I’m going to follow in your footsteps in the near future and make some videos too. I want to show people that you can eat raw food and do bodybuilding because many people think this is impossible.

You are doing a Great work bro, believe it.

  7. ManofTruthHealth says:

Thanks, Truly Delighted to hear that the info here helped you to change your life. It is all worth it even if one individual benefits. Looking forwards to seeing the video that you will make.

I just said basically the same thing to manoftruth about changing my life. I never thought to make a meal out of fruit even though it taste good. It seems to obvious now.
But I am also into bodybuilding and I’m trying to add on ideally 15 lbs long term, 5 lbs. short term. So I was curious what your diet is like and how has the increase in fruits affected your training?
Last night I sat down and ate 3 bananas in a row for the first time. I’m trying to transition now. Thanks.

  9. italia4356 says:

So do you think it is ok to eat for example 20 oranges? I was curious if the oranges would be ok to eat because of the acid content.

  10. CenturionPhysique says:

Eating raw food has increased my stamina and my physical strength. My diet is 95 fruits. I eat a lot of banana mono meals. Banana is a powerful bodybuilding food. Eat about 7 of them before a workout and experience the power for yourself. Another favorite meal of mine is a conbination of 5 oranges, 3 mangos and 1 avocado. That’s 900+ calories. This comnination meal and banana mono meals make up about 70 percent of my diet. I eat these 2 meals everyday.

  11. CenturionPhysique says:

I also eat, papaya, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, watermelon, apple, kiwi, plum, strawberry, blue berries, raspberries, pears (pears are high in calories, 97 calories each), avocado (also high in calories, 230 calories each).
    This what I basically eat.

I also eat dragonfruit, persimmon and pomegranate when available and I eat plantain when they are good. The plantains here in NYC is usually bad so I don’t eat them a lot.

  12. CenturionPhysique says:

Raw food has done wonders for me, I lost 23 lbs of fat and I continue to gain muscle mass. Also, water is the only liquid I drink, I quit drinking all other liquids, no juice, no tea, no soda etc.

I don’t eat nuts and seeds either because all the nuts and seeds available in the grocery store has been heat treated. I will only eat them if I can get them raw.

  13. italia4356 says:

Awesome, I’m going to try you mango meal. And I will definitly try the banana power before my workout. I tried to eat alot of fruit today but it didnt’ go so well. My stomach kinda hurt later in the day probably from hunger. It was my first day basically so I got to get some what of a plan down. Hopefully I can eat all of your mango meal, if so that would be more calories then a shake that I am used to drinking so that would be good. Do you eat any nuts or seeds?

  14. CenturionPhysique says:

Don’t worry about eating too much oranges. Orange is a powerful food, execellent for bodybuilding. Oranges are acidic but they have an alkalizing effect on the body when ingested. So don’t hold back on the oranges, eat as much as you need. I am madly in love with oranges, I eat them every single day, can’t live without them. It is my good fortune that we have good oranges here in NYC. They are always ripe and sweet and I devour them.

  15. italia4356 says:

I’m 150 pounds right now. I gained back the 15 lbs I lost when I changed my diet after reading a raw food book. But I don’t want to go through another dramatic detox type thing again with the switch to alot of fruit and cutting out all my grains and dried fruit.
I’m aiming to get around 2500 calories in a day. Other then the meals you described do you basically just pick a fruit and eat a whole bunch of them? And curious do you still snack though the day? I don’t care to stop my snacks.

  16. italia4356 says:

Ok, I’m glad to hear a go on the oranges. I had actually just started eating about 3 oranges a day, but I was using a hand squeezer to just make bout 2 cups of orange juice. I’ll see how many I can eat whole. What are your thoughts on the fresh squeezed orange juice, no good? Just curious whats like a typical breakfast for you? I’ve been eating a cups of oats w/flax seed, raisons, cinamin religously for months now so I’m going to need an alternative. Maybe I’ll just do the oranges. Thanks.

  17. CenturionPhysique says:

You might not want to go cold turkey, remember grains are addictive. As a weight lifter I know exactly what you mean, I used to eat a lot of brown rice and pasta. I started by eating a raw breakfast and cooked lunch and cooked dinner. I did this for 3 months before I made the transition.

I mean, I eat what I desire, whatever i’m craving at the moment.

Yes, I snack. I snack on basically all the fruits I listed.

  18. CenturionPhysique says:

I totally understand. I used to feel stuffed easily too when I first started this diet. It’s the high water content of the fruits. This feeling will disappear after awhile.

  19. CenturionPhysique says:

I used to juice oranges when I was a cooked food vegan but I no longer do it. I prefer to eat the oranges. The orange will rapidly oxidize when you juice it. The oxidation kills the most vital part of the fruit, the enzymes. You should eat it so you get all the enzymes.

I eat banana mono meals and a combination of oranges, mangos and avocado for breakfast 99% of the time. I seldom deviate.

  20. ManofTruthHealth says:

Look, every food will only digest perfectly if consumed as mono meal because each food has its unique digestive environment requirements and digestive timing. So the mono part is fine, even though next to mono meal food combination can easily be made with excellent digestion.

As far as eating a full meal of acid fruit I do that regularly, but many people have digestive systems that are trashed from decades of abuse and have a hard time digesting the acids in acid fruits.

  21. ManofTruthHealth says:

Acid fruit meals are a bit more harder to digest than sub acid fruits. I do highly recommend that only one meal per day as a maximum be consumed of acid fruit. I highly recommend that you know how to pick mature acid fruits because they already have fair bit of acid and last thing you want to do is to consume immature acid fruits which will have even higher acid content and be harsh on your teeth, gums, tongue, throat, lips etc.

As far as the volume of 20 oranges goes.

  22. ManofTruthHealth says:

I desperately plead with you to get and stay in touch with your body as only your body know and has the true and real up to the minute nutritional requirements it wants.
When I am hungry and I have access to some nice mature oranges than I consume aprox. 3 to 4 lbs, if I combine it with avocado and lettuce than its around 2 to 3 lbs. If you are talking about tiny oranges slightly larger than golf balls than sure that is 20, but medium sized (tennis ball size) it is 8 to 10, and 5 or 6 large

  23. ManofTruthHealth says:

Feel how your body deal with few first, than several, and work on it. Notice how long how many hours you are satiated for on various meal sizes. Keep in mind that I am 150 lbs 6′-1″ so it depends how large you are, and how active you are, etc.

Let me know if this info helps.

  24. ru4fallenidol says:

Forgetting that cucumbers are in the melon family, I’ve been eating them along with tomatoes, in fact, sometimes I’ll mix them with oranges or strawberries. So, basically I’m mixing them with one acid fuit. My body doesn’t seem to protest, so that would be a good indicator as to whether it is wise to continue would it not? I shall try them with other melons as I’ld forgotten that they were also melons, and maybe I’ld prefer them that way.

  25. ManofTruthHealth says:

If you are consuming the melons that have more acid in them like honeydew or frogskin than you migh be able to get away with a so so combination with tomatoes which are very high water content and acid fruit. I might take some more time for you to feel the effect of so so food combination, most people are consuming horrible food combinations and don’t feel most of the consequences. You might find that if you fast once or twice that your body will be so much more sensitive and resposnsive

been waiting to hear more about how ridiculous the “raw food fad” really is. Why? I have Disease. Raw food makes me sick. There is no way I can absorb the nutrients from most “raw” food – high in fiber. I throw it right back up. My body is already telling me not to eat raw food. It stay in my body long enough to be absorbed anyway. This is popular with some (for lack of a better term) “New Agey” friends who I convince that bad for me. Thank you for your postings AND your terrific blog.

The raw food diet is a diet based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, nuts, dried fruit, and seaweed.

Heating food above 116 degrees F is believed to destroy enzymes in food that can assist in the digestion and absorption of food. Cooking is also thought to diminish the nutritional value and "life force" of food.

Typically, at least 75% of the diet must be living or raw.

You can heat things up and "cook" them but they have to be in in temperature under 116 degrees F.

There are some really good Raw Foods cookbooks available. I would suggest looking at them and finding the ones that interest you.

    Good luck.
