Heyy great video but i have a question im 17 years old – 6ft1 and weighing 65 kg currently im pretty toned i bench press 120-130 kg but i dont see big improvements do yu think i should bench lower weights but increase the amount of reps to maybe 15-20 ? Thanks ..

I would love it if Sean or anyone else who has muscle building experience could give me some feedback. I want to try a new workout routine that only uses compound exercises. I would do Bench press, Deadlift, Squats, Shoulder press, Dips, Pull-ups etc. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I would do Cardio/Abs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everyone says that these are the most important lifts, but I don’t know if it would be good to work the muscle groups three times a week. Any feedback?

Does that mean that ectomorphs dont produce alot of Testosterone?

besides there are ectomorphs with such a low voice, hair, and bad temper

ok ….I think I may have an issue on gaining musle mass. You see around like four five months ago I had a testicular torsion and by the time I got to the hospital it was too late one of my testicals had to be removed. now the doctor says its ok to work out again but my question is can my body produce adoquate amounts of testosterone needed for muscle mass gains with only one testical?
