This works thanks i was 70 pounds im a 12 year old boy and now im 112 pounds!!
it’s not so much about the calories you take in, but how much protein…if you take in 10 000 calories all coming from ice cream, twinkies and soda you’re not gonna gain weight in muscle, you’re gonna gain it in fat…i only take in like 2000 calories a day but alot of it in protein and i still see gains so keep that in mind
@lordOFbrooklyn Agreed – Both how many calories and the ratio of carbs, proteins and fats we’re consuming are important to gain weight and muscle.

Any tips on what kinds of meals I should be eating during these intervals? When my dad, who’s naturally the same body type as me, was about 20 he started bringing 3 turkey sandwiches to work every day and eating them in similar intervals like this. It worked for him, but is something like this recommended? Or should I be diversifying my meals?
