I have sharp pain in my right hip after every time I play hockey. it also won’t stretch near as much as the left hip. I’m 56. Is this arthritis? Can I do anything to get better movement and less pain? Thanks.
Great exercises, well explained, easy to follow. Thank you TeamStealth.

Thanks for the videos.. they are good.
That first stretch is the one I learned from a physical therapist when I was recovering from a lower back injury.
@Huriccanes9494 translate what? i thought it was pretty clear and to the point. most people crap on and crap on.
Might want to add the suggestion to do a light warm up even before stretching. Stretching extremely tight muscles/tendons without a light warm up could and sometimes does end up in an injury. I normally jump on the bike or treadmill for about 10 minutes first.
i have a sharp lower back pain when running, jumping, and anything else with high impact. we have ruled out sacroliac joint dysfunction, and have had an MRI on the area and nothing seems to be wrong, but i still have the sharp pain. what should i do?
All 3 exercises great for stretching the lower back either as a preventative measure or for rehabilitating a back injury / herniated disc. Most people with a herniated disc won’t be able to stretch nearly as far as the girl in the video but don’t let that discourage you if that’s your diagnosis. Slow and controlled movements are the key, and just go until you feel a comfortable stretch. Good video.
