      Is it just me, or are most of these exercises also going right in the abs? But very nice workout. Been struggeling with some lower back pain and I hope this helps!
      The 1 right, 1 left equals 1 rep is that also current for the first exercises where you rotate your hips and raise your legs?

      Hey love your video but the thing is I’m an athletic 280pound man I see the man in the example using 25pounds do you recommend using more like 45 pounds or is too much weight bad for your back. I have concentrated in my front so much my lower back is weak and now hurting because of my posture so I need to start working evenly now any tips for back exercises would help.

      I don’t have a GYM in my town. What can I do instead of the ” T BAR Overhand wide grip ROW ” and the ” Overhand grip reverse pack deck “. For upper back I am doing Dumbbell Rows is it OK ?

      iv been doing a lot of core exercises especially crunches, since last week iv experienced slight pain on my lower back. im guessing my abs are overpowering my back muscles. i hope this workout works. nice vid

      i have sciatica. it is very painful when it starts. so before i get where i can’t walk i do some stretches. it helps tremendously! i have a weak back. what had set it off the last time was due to the sweat belt that i wear walking, my back was supporting all the belly i have that i gained from 3 pregnancies. thanks for videos!

      This video is plain great! I am 35, have been doing fitness since years and very recently been informed by my doc that I had a herniated disc in L5S1. I was barely moving but the routine you suggested has worked wonders for me in as little as a couple of weeks! I am back on my usual workout schedule now. Just needed to remove a few back exercises and that’s it. Thanks a million!
