@giligans Okay, cardio (running) is okay, abdominal workout and weightlifting is also okay… it is important what you eat, but also when you eat…
Try to eat 5 smaller meals; try to eat more proteins (lean chicken breasts, fish, beef), no potatoes, no bread – no carbs (or at least minimize carbs from bread and pasta) when eating carbs, try getting them from wholegrains, veggies, fruit…
exclude sugar from diet; fruits are best to eat in the morning or 15 minutes after or before training

  7. steadyhealth says:

@faernyte Usually this is nothing serious and the reason it occurs is due to a slow heart rate. Cardiovascular exercise (jogging swimming etc.) should make your heart stronger…
First thing I would do is when standing up I would try getting up more slowly and see if that solves the problem. Second, I would include more cardio workout – at 30 minutes 5 times a week.

@steadyhealth ok, il try out your advice.. thank you for maintaining your page and answering questions! :) i am learning a lot

  9. TheShmeh says:

@faernyte are you taking any supplements? Like fat burners, or anything like superpump? If so, that can be the prob. Aside from what the poster is saying another problem can be lack of fresh oxygen, like if you are doing this in a small space or a humid area.

sir my left side has more oblique n my right side seems to be flat. What should I do?

  12. steadyhealth says:

@exer01234 perhaps work more on right side? :)

  13. fenderboy34 says:

how many reps for each side?

  14. steadyhealth says:

@fenderboy34 depends on your phys. condition… if you are a beginner start with 3x 10 repetitions each side, plus choose 2 or 3 abdominal exercises – each 3 sets x 10 repetitions. Make the other exercises target another part of abdominal area (lower , upper and mid abdominal section).

  15. babycatt09 says:

Does this work for upper, center and lower abs?

  16. babycatt09 says:

@fabulousPredelope You already have abs. I guess you mean that you don’t don’t want that real bulky six pack, you don’t have get that. The only way to get rid of that bulge is to exercise, if you over-do it, example if your exercises routines are more intense, then yes, you will get bulky. But doing this once a day for a few minutes won’t make you bulky.

  17. Meteorman312 says:

@fabulousPredelope long distance running or perferably jogging

  18. chuninabun says:

@faernyte i still get it sometimes, been doing abs for a while. I find it deminishes with time. Sometimes they even give me a headache lol. But its well worth it!

  19. chuninabun says:

@fabulousPredelope lsd running, long distance running is not the best to loose bulge or fat. That is previous science from long ago. Long distance running will burn fat for up to 1 hour after wards. After 3 weeks of lsd you will not gain anymore oxygen capacity. Look up HIIT training, its sprint intervals. You can do about 2 hours worth of running in 16 minutes. Not to mention it burns fat for up to 40 hours after wards. Gotta love science.

  24. darkfireroughton2 says:

@chuninabun correct long distents running will couse your body to start burning muscle wich is why most long distent runners are wimpy looking
