Oh u really r a model.. you look so pretty without makeup! clean & natrual. I’ve started the Paleo..i’m giving it one week 2 see if it works. so nervous about eating meat. but ah well.

Sorry if someone said it already:) With weight watchers you eat whatever you want but with guidelines provided and meeting support etc.
I’m with u however do au naturale if you can, I recently rejoined WW because of the accountability. I held out forever because I already know what I need to do so I don’t want to in any way feel like I’m dieting but when I hit plateaus, that accountability is priceless and it is the one program (out of those I’ve tried) that a specific diet.

Hey girl! Good video…I safely lost 3lbs a week doing Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away The Pounds. Start off with 1 mile and increase weekly until you reach 4 miles. This will build your intensity level slowly so you don’t get burned out. Once you reach your desired intesity level add different types of cardio, i.e. Taebo, etc…and weight training a couple of days out the week.
I also adopted a diet where I consumed 1200 calories daily which consisted of six small meals eaten at 3 hr intervals. For example breakfast, lunch and dinner were 300 calories each and I had 100 calorie snacks in between. So I’m here to attest that weight loss can be achieved without “dieting” or exercising at a gym.
Here’s another tip…drink water, lots of it. Again, build up your intake daily until you reach your desired amount. Begin replacing one beverage choice a day with water, i.e. eliminate your morning OJ and replace with water. This cuts back your calorie intake instantly although I will admit it was a challenge for me since I love juice, soda, etc. Adding lemon slices to my water pitcher helped me overcome my distaste for it! I actually began to crave it, LOL!

From what you said, weight watchers would be a PERFECT program for you.
I know that you said you aren’t going to say certain or specialfoods.. But could you do a video before oct first, like a “Shoppin with Q” or something like that because when it comes to eating healthy and good low cal foods im completely lost. Like I want alot for a little and the only thing I could come up with is Salmon.. now i can eat that all day everyday.. but im clueless on the side dishes mayb snacks so ill (stay full) im not going to deprive myself with out food.. so i need alternatives.

This is a great idea. I am definitely looking forward to this. I’ve always wanted to go on a diet with a group, but it either cost too much or I didn’t have the time. This challenge sounds fun and motivating (and it is free). I will be exercising at home and calorie counting.

This is awesome Stanna. I am going to make one of these focusing on my weight loss goals for Weight Watchers (which I recently started) & share it with my group. Easily undersestimated, but these kinds of things/strategies are very effective. Thanks for the idea!

Waste of time, especially in the current economy. I know a lot of people who have switched to the generic/low priced supplements instead of Herbalife, GNC and the other higher priced lines. Selling Herbalife is basically like selling Amway.
