I'm not sure if anyone said this already, but FAT LOSS and WEIGHT LOSS are different. Just because you don't see a numerical difference on the scale does not mean that you're body hasn't experienced fat loss. There are ways to statistically determine if fat loss has been achieved, for instance, measuring arms, hips, thighs, etc at the start of new workout/diet plan with continual weekly measurements.
I suppose you enjoy being wedged up against someone's spillover lard when sitting in a plane? Or maybe you're one of those people who eat themselves into oblivion, then believe the whole world needs to conform to their obesity? I don't care how fat people want to get or how much they stuff their faces, but I DO care when they squeeze their oversized selves into seats (perfectly designed for the vast majority of people) and press their sweaty flab against me. They should buy 2 seats!!

Being a bit big is much better than being obese. If you can avoid disease,diabetes, high blood pressure and other health problems probably be fine. I love to eat but I doubt ever be overweight because active. Not everyone has the natural inclination to be active.
