Great info, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already.
