FYI: Any and all carbohydrates have starches. What you meant to tell us is to stay away from refined, processed, white starches/carbs, and instead chose WHOLE, unprocessed carbs, such as WHOLE grain rice, WHOLE grain bread, etc, but you’re totally on the right track! (White=bad, Brown=good lol).

what kind of workout do you do? biking, aerobics, running, strength?
when i was on a gluten free diet for a year i lost 20 lbs. there are a lot of good gluten free products out there. Tinkiyada is great for pasta and Chebe is great for pizza crust and bread options. also, if i drink soda, its one a day. theres also ezekiel bread which isnt gluten free but its made from sprouted grains and is a low glycemic index bread, which is good for diabetics.
theres no fast weight loss that is healthy weight loss. the emphasis on a LIFE STYLE change is whats important.
