I am with you on the gentle exercise, Nicole! I just got a membership to a local gym and I love it because they have really great fitness classes there. I took a core class and it kicked butt! My abs are still sore two days later, but it was great nonetheless. They also offer pilates (which I am anxious to attend), toning classes, spinning, a class similar to Zumba, yoga, Muay Thai, Judo, and more! I also work out on the bikes and stability ball. I wish they had bosu balls, but they are remodeling/expanding, so maybe they will eventually get them. I was thinking about trying to run some, but for now I am going to stick with the classes and biking. I have bad joints, so I don't really want to damage them anymore than they already are.
I am not anticipating much for Valentine's Day this year, much like every other year. I do have a lovely boyfriend who I care about and love so much, but on Sunday I will love him just the same as I do every day. We are keeping it low key, pancakes in the morning and grocery shopping (for me) later in the day. Nothing too mayjah.

Yes, well smaller weights are also good for out. If you want to gain, you have to push yourself a little. So yeah, heavier weights for once you are warmed up and somewhat used to lifting.
