Love this, i was wondering if i do this for about 2 months if i can get a six pack! I am 13 and have very low body fat. I run every day for 10 minutes as well as this. I eat well but could be better. Please respond thank you.

ha ha. used to have this on VHS. awesome routine. must do it daily, religously. and, as other posts say, couple with cardio if you have a bit of fat, because this alone will not get rid of fat. i live by the beach and run along it every day. soooooo many fat bodies. dont be one.

ive been doing this for 3 weeks. i could kinda see the outline forming. i have been on a strict diet. i run everyday for 30min. But i still can’t seem to get rid of my gut
what can i do? im in shape, i look skinny, yet i wouldn’t dare take off my shirt, because of my bulging tummy. Any advice? please

you cant just do these if you have a gut. If you do them when you have a gut it will build your abs under you stomach fat and make your stomach bigger. The way to do it is diet till you get a flat stomach eat like 5-6 times a day but little portions and get smaller each meal you eat. Then you have to excersize, go on a treadmill for around 30 minutes. When you do loose your stomach do these and you will get results.

Yep. Roughly 80% diet/cardio & 20% muscle work for abs is the stated amount. Perhaps even more shifted towards diet/cardio though in my experience..
