      this works dude no lie, but a faster better way is to drink lots of water, do wall push ups an sit ups every day, normally better bout 20-30 min b4 u go to bed because ur muscles heal faster, an sometimes run in place while u watch tv, or listen to the radio, it really works, [btw this is a chic :P -Kaitlynn]

      dont focus on losing lbs. focus on losing fat! big difference!!!! i can loose 5lbs in 2 hrs on pure water weight, but then you’ll gain it all back. always aim for losing fat. learn before you decide to try starving yourself. i recommend the book “burn the fat, feed the muscle”
