i feel much younger and fresh
this really does work. :]
nice
LMAO it really works!
It really completes the good feeling after yoga stretching.
xD it’s funny but it works…
great!
as hard as it is to watch without laughing (which i didnt really try to hard not to cause i like to laugh) it really is working pretty instant on my big giant bags.
Yes, please stop. It’s just like exercising the body. Once you stop muscles return ti where they were. I suggest u wait till u r older, then do a complete program
nice video,it worked for me
I know for exercise 8 it works for bags under the eyes, but will it work for wrinkles?
As you strengthen the muscles around your eyes, this will indeed help to smooth the wrinkles. However, I do suggest a complete facial program. The muscles of the face are small and all interconnected, so a program of exercise will help to produce a better overall result.
should i do this? im 23 years old
Yes. It’s like exercising the body, so it would be very easy for you to stay looking younger. You’ll appreciate it in your later years. Go about it slowly.
Hello I am 24 . Do u think this is the right age to start doing happy face yoga
where can i find more of these excercies?
do you think it will help me to removbe my nasalobial folds
Yes. The exercises have helped many. Follow the complete program and practice daily!
well I’m 15 and I have chubby cheeks… though I’m skinny, will this help me make my cheeks not so chubby???
Hi there, I am in pretty good physical condition, but due to my ethnicity (I believe), I carry some extra fat on my cheeks and jawline. Will this DVD program help eliminate the fat on my cheeks and jawline and tone/chisel my face?
Yes. Exercise the muscles of your face to see great results. Just remember to practice daily.
Wow i cant believe the muscles on my face actually started to hurt. Its like lifting weights xD
Thanks. This exercise really helped defined my facial muscles. I noticed cheek muscles have gotten more defined. I have also gotten back the dimples i lost.
Hi, I have done these exact same facial techniques for years now from a video I bought in the late ’90s. I have to admit they do work for me. I have noticed you saying that you should do these exercises on a daily basis, but through my own experience, doing them daily started making my face look very tired, even after doing the exercises. So I started doing them 4 to 5 times a week, and noticed the tired look dissappearing. I would suggest giving your face a break two to three days a week.
awesome video, nicely explained.
This is false. I’ve taught these exercises to thousands of people. It has never caused wrinkles!
Facial Gymnastics.Com "ADVANCED ANTIAGING FACE EXERCISE" is the only natural antiaging solution to Plastic Surgery,
Oh, I remember when the doctor told me eat was okay to eat soft foods, like eggs. I immediately went home, made scrambled eggs and cheese (which took like 5 min to cook), and then spent the next 45 minutes eating them at a snail's pace. And I still thought it was the most wonderful thing I ate in so long! :0) So I'm glad you tried the pancakes. I'm hooked on them because so little chewing is required. I'm at 5 weeks post-op today, so reading your post today tells me that chewing may not be happening right at the 6-week mark. Guess that means I'll be eating more pancakes for a while!
Keep up with those facial exercises. They seem to be working for me, too!
:0)
