@kiarraaaaaa I am sincerely sorry for what happened to you. I have stated even on this video that Lida is not for everyone, even myself I do not take them since I have high blood pressure. I have also included all of the safety information. There are many risks associated with taking diet pills since it is not something regulated by the FDA as well as the whole supplement industry. Again I am truly sorry for your experience.

@xosteviee The pills are strong and change how your body works I strongly recommended not taking it. Maybe try the HCG diet speak with your doctor first I have seen it first but I do recommend some sort of exercise so you dont gain the weight back
