    i found ur vdo very much informative…jus wanted to ask one thing, hope you can help me in it.. I twisted my knee by playing cricket.. although the injury was initially painful. but its been almost 5 weeks now… i am having no pain… i just wanted to know. that is there anything serious wid my knee… as of being lazy i havent shown up to the doctor… But at the moment i can twist and bend my knee without any pain… i hope you will definately reply me back as soon as possible… thanks

    i tore my ACL and am going to have recontructive surgery in september. my doctor told me to do strengthening exercises before the surgery..the only thing is that my knee clicks when i lay down and do that curl you were demonstrating.

    these would be good for pre surgery strengthening right?

    i hope this helps me, im a figure skater & ive fallen super hard on my left knee 4 times, it hurts when ever i bend it & stay in a certin position like a sit spin, my coach says i need to restrengthen my knee. my injury was like falling on concrete right on your knee cap but in stead of concrete it was ice & fluid sometimes builds up around the area for no reason. :(
