    Getting in shape easy for anyone regardless of their genes; it takes a lot of hard work and dedication….and if I were a trainer who was trying to help someone with that attitude; a person who just assumed that getting fit was easy for me, OF COURSE think they were just being lazy! They know what taken me to get there, and they obviously been there themselves because they are making excuses for why they do it. The difference between the fit and unfit is that they stopped making excuses and just did what it took. So been there, done that, and I could definitely see why they have sympathy for someone who was fat because they "have bad genes" or getting older and their "metabolism has slowed down"….lots of people have those problems, but it never stoped them. There is no quick or easy fix so people need to stop complaining that just too hard…they need to suck it up and deal with it because everyone has to do the same thing.
