Hey jeff or anyone how do you get those divites around your hips and groin area
thats a great workout but what if you are trying to focus on few specific muscle groups? that was more “total body”. would you agree?

wow that was intense. i couldn’t do 2 min, but what i did do (1 min) left my shoulders hurting!!
Really hard but good hurt like hell but if i do this i think i will get more endurance

Just did this routine for the first time today. Shoulders are pumped and out of breath. Didn’t quite make it to 8min (30 seconds short, but was out of gas). Awesome. Can’t wait to start the Athlean program, purchase it yesterday.

wat do u think about interval training on the treadmill, in ur opinion will that lose muscle or fat or both??

Hey Jeff im looking at getting your product and have checked out some of your vids. Im a 39 year old ex sport fanatic that is in serious need of conditioning. Two years ago i tore my anterior cruciate ligament and has to have knee reconstruction. WIth this came alot of trouble with hammys however starting to get better now. Ill cut the case, basically this would you suggest for someone starting off again to go straight back into this intensity? I mean 2 minutes would be alot would it not?
i have a lot of fat in my lower chest and i have been doing a weight training class in my school where i have been benching for almost 2 months….i dont see any results…what should i do???
i see u using those bands a lot and i went to wallmart to find some but i didnt see them..what are they exactly called?
@msk2195 Do alot more than just benching. ..To lose the fat do a lil more cardio. Then do decline bench presses, or decline pushups. Go light weight on the bench presses, but high reps. Such at 3 sets of 20 or so.
Would you recommend doing more than one round of this if we don’t have weights?

I like the fact that you compared your system to P90X. I was thinking of buying the P90X but I will rethink that now. Does your system recommend a weight training routing also?

I did the 30 day shred on Netflix. It was okay, but I don't like how the workout started and stopped. It's sort of an interval workout. I didn't like it enough to do for 6 days, let alone 30 LOL!
I have the LS 5 mile walk coming by Netflix soon, glad to hear you like it. Leslie can get annoying with the chit chat.
My favorite workouts are The Firm ones. No chit chat, good cues and lots of variety.

ok. you know sometimes you just have to accept that not going to be the best workout, but everything will be ok in the end. Today not doing my interval workout b/c my foot was bothering me last night after my run and this morning. a tough decision, but i have to take my bod seriously and understand that not every day will be filled with my training plan workouts. Today it will just be bike and swim. Gah.
It would created A muscular Imbalance and strength imbalance, You would also Plateau very easy without changing it up/
