    Great metabolic circuit seems in incorporate all the basic exercises that are very effective.
    I like how you provide the 3 options for variety into the workout also stops going stale.
    I’m about to go to the Gym and try it out but I already know it will work and be challenging.

    @empra166 You can certainly modify it to make it easier for you. For example, you can do standard pushup, bodyweight squat, band row, etc..

    Is this good for any age ? I mean i am 14 and I want to burn some fat and get rid of my man boobs. I tried doing this and after the first 10 seconds of the second exercise I was dead. This is great!
