This diet plan helped me gain 42lbs in less than 4 months so I know first hand that it’s effective. After getting dozens upon dozens of questions about what meals I ate and how I often I ate them I decided to put this video together because i know it’ll help alot of guys out who need help putting together a meal plan that builds muscle. Inside this video, I not only tell you EXACTLY what I ate, but why I ate it (which is equally important) I’m sure you’ll get alot of useful tips from this video and I know it’ll help you build your own muscle building meal plan without a doubt.     I just wanted to know if consuming only protein on its own is okay for gaining muscle and weight as a shake. This is a cheaper option which beats the other brands like maximusle who provide a whole package weight gainer with protein, carbs and fats. Do you have any advice which on consuming just protien on its own?
