I am still a novice and I am the same way with the support position. The basics are harder than they look.

how far apart should the rings be?
lol i used them for the first time today and i do the same thing haha.. shakin lieka drug addict aha
i bought myself a pair of these elitte II so that i can train for the actual gymnastics rings (i’m a training gymnast).
it’s fairly cheap and considering i won’t have to go the the gym all the time for my ring training i’m saving money and also i can have all the time to train.

Shoulder width. You can measure from your elbow to end of fist.
Good exercises. I counted 14 different exercises though…did I miss some?

I’m not sure it matters, since they both work by the same principle. But I bet the rings are a whole lot cheaper than the TRX
