   I absolutely love this video! Very inspiring!! I especially love the beautiful song – the lyrics are amazing. Who sings this, and who wrote it? I would love to have a copy of the song.

   Kathy Zavada is the artist and the song is called Sweet Heart of Mine. It has been a favorite of mine for many years and brings me up higher every time I hear it! I am glad you liked it too!

   Thank you very much for sharing that. I have found her website, and plan on getting her cds now. She seems like an amazing artist, and person. I am going to be starting a life coaching business soon, and want to feature some very inspiring music on my web site. I think she would be a very good fit.

    this tool is great and i am looking forward to using it daily if I can think of it, and I am really looking forward to the use of constant I Am affirmations.

    I snubbed my nose at affirmations for a long time because of how much of a jump they usually were, but I can finally feel myself in the vicinity of these being simply a choice of which person I want to be right now today, and no longer are such phrases a pipe dream.
