    i guess im lucky, i dis like pizza (maybe once a month ill crave it) and i hate fries.. and chips.. and pop… basically any fast food. it just makes me feel gross :P

    how is that true i was craving ice cream and i ate half of it and then i was ok after like i was fulfilled. and im not sure if this is a news flash but ummm i dont think Mc donalds Oreo Mcflurry has much vitamens and minerals…

    OMG! You are so right! Earlier today I went to Bob Evan’s. I ordered Beef Stroganoff, sausage, bacon, and a salad because that’s what I was craving all day. I only ate a couple of bit of each then I didn’t want it anymore. Then I thought of, “Omg I want chicken noodle soup and some fruits!” But then I didn’t get it. I was full of nasty grease and oil but my cravings wasn’t satisfied. Thanks for the info, I thought I was crazy and prego lol

    until just a yr ago, i was addicted o oreo mc flurry as well as fish fillet
    it was a mental torture
    but then i took some supplements—-when i took mangnesium and chromium supplments, my cravings for oreo mc flurry greatly diminished and soon stopped
    as far as fish fillet, i took zinc,vitamin C and omega 3 fish oil pills and suddenly my craving for that greatly diminished and suddenly stopped altogether. all of these cravings r becuz of depleted vitamins and minerals in

    our bodies but unless u dont address that problem these cravings will only grow and cause u more mental and emotional torture and ur quality of life will greatly suffer. similarly i would also crave bananas like crazy—and when i took potassium supplment the cravings diminished as well—da only flip side is that in da beginning u will have 2 take these supplements not only daily but in slightly higher doess than r present in a standard multivitamin but in a couple of months

    ur life will get out of this hell and vicious cycle. now a yr later, i am at peace and dont suffer from these crazy cravings and vicious eating sprees—-i have lost a little over 100 lbs and have bursts of energy and dont get tired or fatigued—perhaps u may wana think of using supplements becuz it definitely has worked for me and many otherz i know who for yrz were obese and unhealthy—believe me, if these supplements were humanz, i would wash their feet daily!!

    thank you, i lost 60 lbs over the last couple of years, but in the last 6 months i gained 40 lbs again because of cravings
    i thought i was starving myself so i gave in to the cravings, however i now realise i was giving it the wrong nutrition
    thnx for this vid, it’s giving me the strength to start losing weight again and be healthy in the process
