      So glad you said don’t mess with Aspartame. I was checking out the South Beach diet recipes and they push that crap plus they tell you to stay away from all meat that has fat in it. Calories from fat don’t necessarily store as fat! I have noticed a huge improvement by just cutting out all white flour and white sugar out of my diet. Still eating complex carbs and beans like lentils. Good idea about the califlower!
