the protein is close to half in white, half in yolk.
BUT the yolk has more nutrition overall, inc minerals and the fat REQUIRED to assimilate the protein…we need the yolk adn raw is best if it comes form a pastured chicken.
the white, when raw, has a protein inhibitor that prevents u from absorbing the protein. ..

Im an action sports athlete and nutritional ninja . and my friends & clients have been professional body builders & world class athletes for longer than most YouTube commenters have been typing. ..
Ive also worked w these population for years. my method will enhance body builder programs, u can learn more in my program (link in Info), but not sure it can do anything for bad attitudes or mood swings. sorry.
some greens supplements are good, others are not. it requires a video to answer and show you how to tell the difference, Im sure one of my colleagues has a video .. I still prefer real foods, but maybe I’ll write a blog or do a video soon…

All I eat is the white part which contains protein. I eat 2 eggs once a week in order to avoid samonella posoining. Am I good to go ?

@dim1254 I’m sure he’s using a free range organic egg…Not those commercial supermarket ones that come from sick chickens…
Only real issue with this is the fact that most of your ingredients (cinammon, sea salt, etc.) you have to buy organic. You wouldn’t find them normally otherwise.

@sk8rguy4life1123 I am not a fan of agave, I prefer honey (raw) or maple syrup .. u can also try stevia but if you use fruit, you probably wont need any sweetener .. overall, I dont recommend agave, its mostly fructose
@rahmanrustaie Training will help you build muscle, food will help replenish the body after training which is when you ‘build’ muscle .. so put more focus on intelligent training and dont over do it, and eat rea food, check out my links for more info … also look up Underground Wellness, a friend of mine who has tons of videos.
@roberthemsley2 the yolk has half the protein and most of the nutrition so its better to eat the yolk than the white, I avoid the white when eating it raw but when cooked, I eat the whole thing.
Hey umm I got a question. I read about drinking raw eggs and any site I visit it says that there is high possibility to get salmonella especially from raw yolks? i really don’t wanna get it and that’s the only thing keeping me from drinking them raw. I also don’t wanna drink protein shakes that are made from protein powder because I heard lots of bad unhealthy things about them…So now the question. Can you get salmonella if you get eggs from good breeder and though you treat them as youshould?
