    That depends on what type and how much. If you find yourself craving carbs alot of the time, you are not getting enough fat. Fat is natures appetite surpressant…. Many nuts and seeds, meat are all good sources of fat.

    i lost a bunch of weight fron not eating for 7 days but drinking water and then eating veggies and fruits and work my way back up but still eat less. i loss 45 pounds but its been 3 years now and im still at a good weight

    It’s really very simple, the problem is that people are incredibly ignorant when it comes to food. Healthy food is fantastic STOP being lazy and pick up a book learn a recipe or two!

    I dont use any diet anymore, and I feel better and I lost weight. Same as people saing u need to eat regulary etc. Sorry I have work, I dont have time sometimes to eat what some diet says. Just eat better and move more. Peace

    You don’t loose weight by starving yourself. You loose weight by eating the right meats, veggies and other foods that are nutritious for you. I just eat right, exercise, and lift. Lost a lot of weight from it too.

    what if I feel at my best when I don’t eat?

    offcourse I eat, but no matter what I try, I don’t find anything that makes me feel as good as when I haven’t eaten for a day.
    (after a few days I start to feel tired and deprivated and have to start eating again for the energy.)

    I really would like to know what I should eat or definitly shouldn’t eat. I tried all kinds of diets (not to lose weight but to feel healthy and good)

    oh well.. as a student i don’t have the money to pay for help

    1 size fit all diets DO exist… people are individual and unique only to a certain extent but for the most part there are universal trends that hold true for an overwhelming majority of people. Eat very high protein and very high fat with low carbs… your body will enter “ketosis” which means it learns to burn FAT FOR ENERGY instead of carbs, the weight will FALL OFF YOU, thats science for ya..

    P.S… bodybuilders use this diet and they typically lose 35 lbs. in a just a couple months when they go from “bulking” to “cutting”… Bacon, eggs, steak, chicken, protein shakes fish and beef….make friends w/ them and youll lose weight in no time
