Fuck that shit. I’m sorry, but i’ve hated water all my life. I know it’s healthy and stuff, but i’ve never liked it. I can’t stand the taste(or lack there of) and especially when it’s warm. Ice cold water, maybe. But room temp? YUCK! That’s as appealing to me than drinking piss.

@Zhinzhu yes, i can say i’ve honestly done most of the things here (i usually only ate half a banana in my cereal every moring) without ever hearing of this diet and have lost 90 pounds in about a years time. if u don’t believe me… well i guess there’s no way to prove it, but this does work. also, excercising regularly and burning more calories than u consume is really important. low gi foods is another thing i added into my regimine
