@WildDiscoDance No, calories and fat are not the same thing. Calories can come from fat, protein, carbs, alcohol, and there might be something else I’m forgetting. You should be getting a certain amount of calories from these different groups (except alcohol). For example: Something that doesn’t have a lot of fat can still have alot of calories if it has a lot of sugar. And carbs get stored as fat if they’re not burned off. Also, fat from nuts and avocado tend to be healthier than animal fat.

@BratzForeverDimondz Ignore what they said about variety. You NEED to be eating a well balanced meal with variety. As long as you have the correct portions, you will be fine. Trust me, if you’re eating a huge plate of pasta, it might not have a lot of variety, but you’ll still be consuming more calories then if you replaced some of that pasta with vegetables and lean protein.
