    @biozapdatema Yes, it does, ate least it worked on me, I lost 2 kilos ( I believe it is 4 pounds or something in english ) in a month, and that’s because you don’t just burn fat while you’re doing it, but all the time, even sleeping . Maybe 4 pounds isn’t much in a month, but I was happy :)

    cardio is very important too, though. You’re not going to see a six pack under a bunch of fat. Knocking things like ellipticals isn’t a good idea because I slimmed down using cardio machines and then toned up with weights and resistance.
