      @mindfreakfreak123 your parents promised you an iphone if u lost weight thats not something he should be saying to his 11 year old daught, it may just be baby fat. Once you get taller it may come off. He shouldn’t be buying your way into losing weight. A dad should say they love you no matter how big or small you are. And same for you @jlo510linda they should just get u a horse, they shouldnt want you to change. When u get older u’ll get taller and lose baby fat and probably end up slimming out.

      I eat more tan 25gr of fiber a day and drink between 6 to 8 bottles of water a day (16oz each) It does keep my weight off but it doesn’t make me lose weight. If you want to eat more fiber just try “Benefiber” it’s really good, you can try it either with or without flavor. I take 6tbs a day. So i mostly take 2tbs with my breakfast, then 2 more at lunch, and 2 more before going to bed. each tablespoon has 3gr of fiber so you’ll be taking 18gr of fiber a day just by taking benefiber.

      It's okay if you didn't lose weight this week. Don't forget, you're biking more and some of it could be muscle weight. It's a trade off, but a good one. Just keep plodding along.

      As for dinner out with your dad… who cares? Once I'm back on real food, my family is celebrating a delayed birthday for me and I make no apologies for what I will eat. You only get one birthday a year. It's okay to fudge the plan that day.
