You are still growing, I can tell from the way you said ‘my age’. Just keep up doing your exercise and increase it if you can. The key is to do your maximum at all times but NEVER OVER. I don’t know how old you are so I won’t recommend weights just yet. Maybe start if not already playing sports that requires arm muscle. Swimming, football, basketball will help you and slowly and subtlely build your arms up without pushing you to your limit. They’re also great fun.
