As this is Krista typing these words, writing about herself in the 3rd person… Hmm… and you thought only Dan did that! *smile* But seriously…even though I don’t talk about it directly in the video, going for a daily walk is really the best way to consistently lose weight! …as you won’t be scared off from exercise as a daily habit! Then, on days you have both the time & energy to do a higher intensity workout or a super-long walk, hike, or bike ride, then go for it! Always set yourself up for success… just go for a little walk everyday. 15 minutes for beginners; 30-60 minutes for those more advanced. If that’s the only exercise you can achieve for the day, it’s still sure a heck of a lot more than what you would get from yet again MISSING that challenging aerobics or spinning class! Krista. its nice to see you every once in a while. I am recovering from a serious hiking accident (fell and survived a 30 foot drop) I broke my ankle and had two surgeries. 30 pounds later, i am now able to walk around for no more than 4 miles a day with out pain. i love the silence as you were saying, you both encourage me!
